The U.S. Supreme Court was founded in 1789. This classically designed court has two statues on both sides of the front stairway. The high rise interior has a desk for the judges and sitting arrangements for the audience.

 

AT&T, the American Telephone and Telegraph Company that was founded by Alexander faced 587 court challenges to its patents for a period of over 18 years. Five of those challenges went to the U.S. Supreme Court. Since Bell originally invented those patents, he didn’t have to lose even a single case that had progressed to the final trial stage.

In 1993, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and in 1994, Justice Stephen Breyer were appointed by Bill Clinton to the Supreme Court.

Justice Antonin Scalia of the Supreme Court died in 2016. To fill this vacancy, Donald Trump nominated U.S. Appeals Court judge Neil Gorsuch on 31st January 2017.
