St Mary's Hospital Medical School is a multi-storied old school looking building. The medical school has narrow balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Alexander Fleming got admitted to St Mary's Hospital Medical School in Paddington in 1903 as he inherited some money from John Fleming, his uncle. He did that by following the suggestion of pursuing the same career as his elder brother, Tom, who was then a physician by his profession. He had been working in a shipping office prior to that for four years. Being a bright student, in 1906, Fleming completed his MBBS degree with distinction from the school.
